Suggested use:
Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more. Dissolve up to 8 lbs of magnesium flakes in a full tub bath for intense applications. Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb. Det här är en av mina favoritprodukter. Jag har ofta ont i mina axlar och då brukar jag först bada med saltet och sen be min sambo massera mina axlar med gelen eller oljan. De funkar lika bra men det är lite behagligare att massera med gelen. Visst massagen hjälper självklart axlarna också men muskelspänningarna försvinner och jag sover gott och vaknar utan smärta.
