We ship to all EU-countries, UK, Norway and Åland.
We ship from within the EU. Orders to UK, Norway and Åland will go through customs and you might be charged a customs fee and/or VAT before your package is released. This is beyond our control and we will not reimburse you for such cost. Please inform yourself about the rules for your shipping destination.
Between EU countries there is no customs.
Standard shipping cost:
5 USD (delivered to your mailbox or your nearest pick-up point)
Free shipping when your order value exceeds 80 USD.
Exceptions:
Shipping to Spain, Portugal, Italy, Cyprus or Greece is 9 USD for regular shipping without tracking or insurance. For full tracking and insurance shipping cost is 39 USD. If your order exceeds 349 USD, shipping will be FREE. The order will be delivered to your closest pick-up point.

Orders are processed and shipped, within 2 business days, during regular business hours (M-F, 9:00am – 5:00pm CST, excluding holidays).
Shipping addresses
It is your responsibility as the customer to provide the correct delivery address. Please always double check that the information you enter is correct, especially the postal/zip code. If you are ordering from the EU, only residential addresses are accepted. No offices or business addresses will be accepted.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all retail orders of $80 or more ($349 if you live in CY, ES, PT, IT or GR). Orders that qualify for free shipping will only be shipped using economy shipping methods. Expedited shipping methods do not qualify.
International Shipping:
We ship to most European countries. The current countries we deliver to will be displayed as a drop down list upon checkout. If your country is not in the list, we cannot deliver to you at this moment.
Standard shipping cost: $5.00
Delivery will be made with local postal services which means it will usually be delivered to a pick-up point near your home address or delivered directly to your mail box if the package is small enough. You will be notified with a text message on where to pick-up your package.
If you order from Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Italy or Greece, you can choose between standard shipping or expedited. Standard shipping means no tracking or insurance if the package would get lost or stolen. Expedited shipping means full tracking and insurance and delivery will be made to your nearest pick-up point.
Please note: If you are ordering from the EU, only residential addresses are accepted.
For orders outside the US and the EU (yes Norway and UK, we are looking at you) you may be liable to pay import VAT and customs duties.
It is your responsibility to inform yourself whether there will be extra fees or duties upon importing your product. You are responsible for covering such costs. Please update yourself on what the current import rules are for your country to avoid surprises.
